Short-term hire
Need the space to look good now?
For open homes, launches, meetings, events, photography or temporary workspaces. We deliver, style and collect.
What's included
The part nobody wants to think about.
Plants only look premium when somebody keeps them that way. That is the service.
Watering & feeding
The right care for the plant, season and position.
Pruning & presentation
Leaves cleaned, plants shaped and displays kept tidy.
Health checks
We watch for stress, pests and decline before it becomes obvious.
Replacement included
If a hired plant no longer presents well, we swap it rather than leave it struggling.
Already own your plants?
We can just take care of them.
If your workplace already has plants and planters, GroundSafe can maintain what you own. We’ll assess what is there, what needs attention and how often the site realistically needs a visit.
From $99per visit • incl GST
- Watering, feeding and pruning
- Leaf cleaning and presentation
- Plant health and pest observations
- Replacement recommendations when needed

A GroundSafe extra
We don’t just water and disappear.
At scheduled care visits, we include a simple Safety & Presentation Snapshot: a quick record that the plant service is complete, plus any obvious outdoor or shared-area issue we happen to notice while on site.
It is a practical observation service, not a formal H&S audit, risk assessment or compliance certification.

Small on purpose
Your plants are looked after by the person you actually meet.
GroundSafe is a local Te Atatū Peninsula business led by Kaye, a horticulture-qualified plant professional. There is no rotating crew and no call centre. The person who learns your site is the person who cares for it.
Kaye is also the creator behind Little Terras, the handcrafted terrarium business behind the display included with GroundSafe plant-hire packages.

Good to know
Questions before you book?
Do we own the hired plants and planters?
No. GroundSafe retains ownership of hired plants, planters and included hire displays. That is what lets us replace plants when needed without turning it into your problem.
What happens if a plant dies?
If a GroundSafe-hired plant declines under normal workplace conditions and needs replacing, we swap it as part of the ongoing service.
Can you maintain plants we already own?
Yes. Care-only visits start from $99 incl GST. We’ll first look at the number, condition and location of the plants and recommend a sensible visit frequency.
What is the minimum term for long-term hire?
Our standard long-term packages have a 3-month initial term. After that, they continue month-to-month unless your quote says otherwise.
Do you only service Te Atatū Peninsula?
The Peninsula is our home base and where the listed setup inclusions apply. We also service nearby West Auckland and can confirm any travel or setup cost before you commit.
